A little history

Sutton Coldfield has been a Royal Town since 1528 — Henry VIII granted the Royal Charter. Sutton Park — 2,400 acres of ancient woodland, heathland and pools — is one of the largest urban parks in Europe. The town is consistently one of the most desirable places to live in the Midlands.

Local tip

Sutton Park is genuinely outstanding — one of the great urban parks in England, often surprisingly wild. The town centre for excellent independent food. The Gracechurch Centre for retail.
