A little history

Shoreditch was London's first theatre district — Shakespeare's Theatre was here before the Globe was built. The area declined and then transformed: from the 1990s artists and creatives moved in, and Tech City followed. The area around Old Street is now one of Europe's most significant tech startup hubs.
