A little history

Rhyl was a major Victorian and Edwardian resort for the industrial communities of North Wales and the North West of England. The town has faced significant post-war challenges but is undergoing regeneration. The beach remains excellent.

Local tip

The beach is good and often uncrowded. The Foryd Harbour regeneration area is improving. The town centre is regenerating with new investment.
