A little history

Jane Ross of Limavady transcribed the tune now known as the Londonderry Air — Danny Boy — from a passing fiddler in 1851, preserving what became Ireland's most famous melody. The Roe Valley Country Park provides beautiful riverside and woodland walking. The town is well-placed for the Causeway Coast.
