A little history

Strathisla Distillery in Keith has been producing whisky since 1786 — the oldest working distillery in the Scottish Highlands and the home of Chivas Regal. Keith grew as a farming and market town on the Isla Water.

Local tip

Strathisla Distillery is one of the most beautiful distilleries in Scotland — the courtyard with the twin pagodas is iconic. The Speyside Way walking route passes through. The Thursday market.
